- 2. One-Time Purchases (Courses/Materials): All purchases of one-time courses or study materials are non-refundable. Once a purchase is made, regardless of whether the content has been accessed or downloaded, no refunds will be issued.

We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. Refunds may be processed if the issue persists and is determined to be caused by our end.
